If you're confident supporting in a classroom and managing behvaiour, Protocol Education are searching for Behaviour Mentors who can step in, support, and steer students back on track.

Secondary schools across North Bristol need confident, compassionate adults who can build trust fast and hold clear boundaries.

This role’s for you if you:

  • Have experience with young people

  • Know how to de-escalate and defuse difficult situations

  • Can work 1:1 with students needing a bit more guidance

Expect to:

  • Support behaviour plans

  • Lead positive reintegration strategies

  • Be the trusted go-to when things wobble

We’ll provide training and match you with schools that respect your input.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
