Behaviour Mentor

We are a diverse and inclusive school in Brent seeking a passionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor to work with students needing support with engagement, behaviour and emotional regulation.
You will work closely with the pastoral and SEND teams to deliver mentoring, restorative interventions and structured support strategies for pupils at risk of exclusion or disengagement.

Be confident building positive relationships with young people
Be able to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
Have experience working in education, youth work or similar support roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
