The role involves working with students who need additional behavioural support, helping to implement strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours.
The successful applicant will hold:
Previous experience supporting young people (preferably in a school setting)
A calm, resilient and non-judgemental approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in managing behaviour and building rapport
The right to work in the UK
Make a real difference to student engagement and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
