Protocol Education is looking for passionate and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs in primary schools across Lewisham. Whether you’re after flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term role, we have opportunities to suit you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 classroom support to pupils with SEN or additional needs

  • Build strong, positive relationships to support learning and development

  • Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities

  • Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment

What You Bring:

  • Experience working with children (in education, care, or similar settings)

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Confidence supporting a range of needs, including behaviour and communication

  • A flexible, proactive mindset

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
