Protocol Education is looking for passionate and reliable 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children with additional needs in primary schools across Lewisham. Whether you’re after flexible day-to-day work or a longer-term role, we have opportunities to suit you.
What You’ll Do:

Provide 1:1 classroom support to pupils with SEN or additional needs

Build strong, positive relationships to support learning and development

Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to adapt learning activities

Help create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
What You Bring:

Experience working with children (in education, care, or similar settings)

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
-
Confidence supporting a range of needs, including behaviour and communication

A flexible, proactive mindset

A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
