Are you looking for a primary school based role in Hammersmith and Fulham?

Protocol are currently working with a number of mainstream schools who are looking for experienced LSA's to work on a 1:1 basis with children with Autism.

You will play a pivotal role in the academic and personal development of this child whilst providing regular feedback to parents and outside agencies.

You will closely follow the childs EHCP and ensure good progress is being made throughout the year.

The school are looking for a reliable support worker who has the best interests of the child at heart.

This is an extremely rewarding role and could lead to full-time employment for the best candidate.

The school prefer applicants with a background in;

  • Youth support
  • Early Years Qualified TA or Practitioners
  • Youth development
  • Outreach youth work/Youth empowerment
  • Any community support or sports coaching/counselling
  • Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistant
  • Counsellors
  • Pro-Active Graduates

Special needs experience either professionally or personally is required and managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable for this position.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
