Protocol Education is looking for compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work with pupils with ASD in primary and secondary schools across Banstead. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism
- Helping pupils access learning, develop social skills, and build confidence
- Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
- Creating a calm, structured, and positive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, tutoring, youth work, or care backgrounds welcome)
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to support pupils across different ages and needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
