About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team. You’ll inspire students through dynamic lessons that encourage imagination, confidence, and artistic skill across Key Stages 3 & 4 (and KS5 if applicable). If you’re passionate about bringing out the best in young artists, we’d love to hear from you.
✨ Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality art lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Differentiate teaching to meet all learners’ needs, including SEN support.

Assess and monitor progress, giving constructive feedback.

Create an inclusive, inspiring, and safe classroom environment.

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

Contribute to exhibitions, school art displays, and creative projects.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Degree in Art or related field.

Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable).

✏ Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Strong communication skills.
