After School Club Manager – Weybridge

Part-Time | Term Time Only | 2:30pm–6:15pm, Monday–Friday
Start Date: September 2025

Protocol Education are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, committed and organised Club Manager to lead their popular wraparound care provision—from September 2025.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Club in a safe, caring, and fun way

  • Deliver a mix of structured and free-play activities

  • Support and manage a small, friendly team of playworkers

  • Ensure safeguarding, safety and wellbeing are always top priority

  • Communicate with parents and the wider school team with confidence and warmth

  • Build a space where children feel happy, engaged, and looked after


What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine love for supporting children:

  • Experience working with children (in schools, clubs, or similar settings)

  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset

  • A clear understanding of safeguarding and behaviour support

  • Ideally, experience running or supporting clubs—but we welcome career changers too

  • Willingness to undertake Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training if not already completed


Desirable Skills and Extras

  • Experience supporting learners with SEND

  • First Aid certification or Thrive training

  • A relevant childcare or TA qualification (not essential, but a nice bonus)
