We’re supporting a welcoming school in BD5 on the lookout for a confident Admin Assistant to join their front-office team this September. If you know your way around Arbor, can handle busy mornings with a smile, and love keeping things ticking behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
This isn’t just data entry and phone calls (though there’s plenty of both!)—you’ll be the friendly face that staff, parents, and pupils rely on.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing daily attendance and pupil data using Arbor

Greeting parents, answering calls, and handling enquiries with warmth and efficiency

Supporting with newsletters, school comms, and safeguarding admin

Keeping things organised, calm, and professional—especially during the morning rush!
What you’ll need:

Solid experience using Arbor in a school setting

Previous office/admin experience, ideally in education

Great communication and organisation skills

A friendly, professional manner and a ‘can do’ attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
