Are you an organised and reliable administrator with school office experience?
We’re working with a busy secondary school in Wakefield that’s looking for a skilled School Administrator to join their office team. This is a key role, keeping the school running smoothly and making sure staff, students, and parents always get the right support.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing day-to-day school office duties (calls, emails, and front-of-house)

Supporting staff and SLT with admin tasks and paperwork

Maintaining accurate student records and data systems

Handling confidential information with professionalism

Acting as a friendly and approachable first point of contact for parents and visitors
What we’re looking for:

Previous school office/admin experience (essential)

Strong IT skills (SIMS or similar school systems a bonus)

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask

A confident communicator who can handle busy environments
