Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the education and training team
  • Manage office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of office management procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in office administration or related field
  • Experience in the education sector

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment in Greenwich, Greater London. The Admin Officer will work full-time hours on a contract basis, with standard office hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
