Future Teacher Programme
Introducing The Teachers of Tomorrow
The Future Teachers Programme is designed to help address the teacher shortages across the UK by attracting bright graduates who are considering a career in teaching, but wish to gain practical experience before enrolling in initial teacher training (ITT).
We select, interview, vet and recruit those who are interested in a career in teaching before matching them with schools for paid work experience. Making use of such candidates in your school not only provides you with high calibre support options for a variety of support roles but allows you to assess their potential as a future teacher for your school.
Schools are taking their long-term succession planning into their own hands. The Future Teachers Programme allows you the chance to build a pool of candidates for all of your future teaching vacancies which you have helped to create.
This method of recruiting high calibre graduates can be far more effective and efficient than the time, effort and expense of attending job fairs and other events.
Interested? Contact your local branch to find out how the Future Teachers Programme can revolutionise your approach to recruitment
