From Youth Work to the Classroom - Make a Difference

We’re looking for Youth Workers ready to take the next step into education as Secondary Learning Support Assistants.

What you’ll be doing:
-
Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need a bit of extra encouragement
-
Helping young people stay engaged and motivated in lessons
-
Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
-
Being that calm, reliable adult every teenager needs in their corner
What you’ll need:
-
Experience working with young people (schools, youth centres, community groups – all count!)
-
A caring, patient approach and great communication skills
-
A passion for helping others succeed
