We’re working with a friendly primary school looking for a calm, confident educator to support Year 6 pupils with targeted maths and literacy interventions. It’s all about small groups, focused sessions, and those lightbulb moments that make a real difference, especially as SATs approach.
What you’ll be doing

Delivering structured maths and literacy interventions

Supporting pupils who need a confidence boost, not pressure

Working closely with class teachers to track progress

Helping Year 6 feel ready for the next step, one win at a time
What we’re looking for

Experience supporting KS2 pupils, especially Year 6

A patient, encouraging approach that builds trust quickly

Strong maths and literacy skills

Someone who gets that progress isn’t always loud, but it matters

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
