Teaching Assistant – Year 5 (KS2)
Full-Time | Watford | Start: February 2026

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 class from February 2026. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping KS2 pupils thrive both academically and socially.

Working closely with the class teacher, you will play a key role in supporting learning across the curriculum, including delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions where needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent experience working in a primary school (KS2 experience is highly desirable)

  • A positive, proactive, and dependable attitude

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
