Protocol Education is working with a well-regarded and welcoming primary school in Islington, rated Good by Ofsted, who are seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 to July 2026.

What you’ll be doing:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with diverse abilities

Assessing, recording, and monitoring pupil progress to inform next steps

Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning, and achievement

Contributing positively to the wider life of the school
You’ll need:

Experience teaching in a primary school setting (UK curriculum)

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

A reflective approach to teaching, using assessment to drive progress

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
