Year 3 is a pivotal year where pupils grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. You’ll support children as they transition into Key Stage 2, helping them develop strong learning habits while making lessons engaging, meaningful, and fun. Working alongside a supportive staff team and an inclusive school community, you’ll play a key role in helping every child thrive.
Key Requirements of a Year 3 Teacher:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Creates a warm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment

Has confidence teaching KS2 (or is keen to develop in this area)

Is an excellent communicator and a true team player

Believes in child-centred, inclusive learning approaches
