About the Role

Year 3 is a key transition point into Key Stage 2, where pupils develop greater independence, confidence, and resilience as learners. In this role, you will deliver engaging and purposeful lessons that promote academic progress while nurturing curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

You will work closely with a supportive and collaborative staff team within a welcoming, inclusive school community, making a positive and lasting impact on pupils’ development.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  • Have experience teaching KS2, or be keen to develop in this phase

  • Be a confident communicator and strong team player

  • Embrace child-centred, inclusive teaching approaches
