We are currently working with a large and friendly Junior school close to Uxbridge in the greater west London borough of Hillindon.
They are looking for a Primary Teacher to join their Year 3 Team for a Maternity for the Summer term, till the end of the academic year initially. There is some flexibility with start date, as well as the opportunity for hand over days prior to the end of this term should you wish to start earlier or to give you the opportunity for a smooth transition.
The class you will be taking have been described as delightful, with good behaviour and a willingness to learn. They are therefore looking for a teacher who is confident with the curriculum for this year group, and has a real love for teaching. Someone who can hit the ground running and help nurture and develop what is already a great foundation for the year.
Unfortunately this position is not open to ECTs, however the school welcomes applications from anyone fully qualified who is interested in the role including part-time teachers as there is the potential for this role to be a job-share for 3 days a week if a full time teacher can't be found.
