What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Enhanced DBS check
✅ In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum
✅ Stellar communication and people skills to engage with students, parents, and staff alike

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is a must-have.

Experience That'll Make You Shine:
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a primary school setting
A strong understanding of child development and a toolkit full of engaging teaching strategies
Proficiency in using educational technology to bring lessons to life
Outstanding classroom management to create a joyful, productive learning space

Bonus Points For:
A Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
Experience teaching Year 3 students (you’ll feel right at home!)
Specialist training in literacy or numeracy (because you’ve got the superpower to unlock academic success!)
