We’re looking for a brilliant Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Year 2 class in Benton this September. The school’s got a solid reputation, a supportive team, and pupils who are curious, kind, and (mostly) love a tidy pencil case.

What the role includes:

  • Supporting the class teacher with learning activities

  • Helping children stay engaged, confident, and on track

  • Providing extra help to pupils who need it (emotionally and academically)

  • Being the calm presence when the classroom gets a little too… Year 2

  • Classroom experience (especially in KS1)

  • Confidence supporting phonics, early literacy, and number skills
