We work with Essex Schools who are looking for reliable, enthusiastic Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants to support our schools on a flexible basis. Whether you’re experienced, newly qualified, or returning to education, we’d love to hear from you.

These roles you’ll support our schools by stepping in where needed and helping create a positive, engaging learning environment for pupils however we will support
You will:
- We offer a range of opportunities ranging from supply cover to long er term/fixed term roles
- Work with whole classes, small groups, or individual pupils
- Help manage the classroom and keep pupils engaged
- Support pupils’ learning in a calm, positive, and inclusive way
- Assist pupils with additional needs where required
This Role Is Ideal for You If You:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualifications for support roles
- Have experience working with children (school, childcare, youth work, or similar)
- Are confident, patient, and reliable
- Enjoy working with children and supporting their learning
- Can adapt quickly to new school environments
- Enjoy flexible, varied work and being part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
