Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Protocol Education is seeking a caring, supportive and dedicated SEND Teaching assistant who has experience working with pupils in small groups or on a one to one basis, fors shools in and around Sutton.

Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of a qualified teacher
- Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing one-to-one support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with behaviour management and promoting positive behaviour
Required Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification
- First Aid certification
Education:
Minimum Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification.
Experience:
Experience working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ASD., is desirable.
Experience in a school setting.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Knowledge of speech and language development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 or higher
