Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join our team in Harrow, London. As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the academic and personal development of students, providing essential assistance in the classroom and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and implementing educational activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), under the guidance of qualified teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
