We’re working with a well-run, inclusive secondary school looking for a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher to support lessons when teachers are absent.

This role suits graduates, aspiring teachers, or unqualified educators who want hands-on classroom experience in a school that values consistency, behaviour standards, and staff support.

The role

  • Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects

  • Maintaining a calm, focused learning environment

  • Supporting students aged 11–16 to stay engaged and on task

  • Following clear behaviour and safeguarding policies already in place

You won’t be expected to plan lessons or mark work. The focus is on delivery, structure, and positive classroom presence.
