We’re working closely with a welcoming secondary school in South Bristol that sits right at the heart of its community. They need a full-time Unqualified Teacher to stand in for a variety of subjects, guiding children through the work the absent teacher has set. This is a school that values kindness, consistency and high expectations. Calm corridors, clear routines and a leadership team that understands supply staff make this a brilliant place to build confidence in the classroom. The values of respect, determination, and community encompass all.  Fostering a sense of belonging has been central to our school culture, and this is reflected in and out of the classroom. The Cover Team that you will work under are supportive and value talent.

You don’t need teaching qualifications or school experience. If you’re confident, professional and good with people, we’ll train you for free and support you every step of the way. Upon application, we will assess your transferable skills and character, looking for a kind, encouraging, authoritative, outgoing, positive team-player and leader.
