Helping pupils engage with lessons through calm, consistent guidance
-
Working closely with teachers and therapists to create a safe, structured learning environment

Getting stuck in with sensory activities, outdoor learning, and small-group work
-
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils who rely on routine and reassurance
-
Supporting positive behaviour strategies and celebrating the small wins every day
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need SEND experience, although it’s a bonus. What matters most is that you’re:

-
Able to follow structure, communicate clearly, and stay patient when things change
-
Willing to learn from experienced staff and take guidance
-
Comfortable supporting pupils who may have complex needs or who communicate in different ways
