Trainee Teaching Assistant – SEND Pathway

Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

You don’t need classroom experience, just a calm manner and a big heart.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs in small, structured classes

  • Helping learners follow routines and develop independence

  • Working with teachers and therapists to create meaningful learning opportunities

  • Encouraging confidence, communication, and emotional regulation

What you’ll need:

  • A passion for helping young people thrive

  • Patience and resilience, even on the tricky days

  • Great communication and a warm, steady approach

  • Willingness to complete CPD and grow into the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
