We’re supporting a brilliant secondary SEN setting that’s looking for someone kind, steady and eager to learn. You don’t need classroom experience yet, just the right attitude, patience and a genuine interest in supporting teenagers with additional needs.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll receive guidance, training and plenty of support from experienced staff.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 with learning, communication and behaviour

Working 1:1 and in small groups to help students feel confident and supported

Learning strategies for autism, SEMH and a range of additional needs

Helping with routines, focus and emotional regulation

Working closely with teachers and TAs who will guide you as you grow in the role
