Trainee Teaching Assistant – Peterlee (No Experience Needed)

Pay: £89 to £110 per day

We’re offering a trainee TA route for people who are kind, patient and eager to learn. No classroom experience needed. Just a willingness to help children grow and a smile that puts them at ease.
You’ll learn on the job, receive full support from the school, and get access to Protocol's CPD to build your skills as you go.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting learning alongside the class teacher
• Helping with routines, reading sessions and small-group work
• Making school a positive, safe place for pupils
• Learning as you go with guidance from experienced staff
What you need:
• A genuine interest in working with children
• A positive, team-player mindset
• Reliability and good humour go a long way

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
