Trainee Teaching Assistant – Nurture-Focused School (Peterlee / Easington)

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
This Trainee Teaching Assistant role is an opportunity to develop your skills in a school that puts wellbeing, inclusion and personal growth at the heart of everything it does.
You’ll support pupils who may need extra reassurance, encouragement or help managing emotions. Every day is different, but your role is always meaningful.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Supporting pupils to access learning
• Helping with classroom routines and structure
• Encouraging confidence and independence
• Supporting positive behaviour in a calm way
• Working as part of a close-knit staff team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
