Trainee Teaching Assistant

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are seeking a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a supportive education setting and gain hands-on classroom experience.
This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in education and develop skills supporting pupils with additional needs.
You will receive on-the-job support and guidance while working alongside experienced teaching staff.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting pupils in the classroom
• Assisting with learning activities and routines
• Working 1:1 with pupils who need extra support
• Supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Helping maintain a positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
