About the Role:

In this position, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide personalized 1:1 support for a child. You’ll adapt your approach to meet their specific needs, creating a supportive space where every student can thrive. You will also receive guidance from the class teacher, SENCo, and external specialists to ensure the best support for each child.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Have a calm and patient demeanor, with the ability to offer reassurance when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Be eager to learn and try new methods to support students.
  • Encourage student participation in classroom activities and help them progress.
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques and work effectively as part of a team.
