In this role, you will assist in creating a safe and engaging learning environment where pupils are supported to be confident, curious and purposeful. You’ll work alongside experienced staff to help deliver personalised support that promotes respect, inclusivity and meaningful progress every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pupils to access learning activities and classroom routines.
• Encourage positive interaction, communication and participation.
• Assist with daily tasks that build independence and self-esteem.
• Work with the wider support team to uphold high expectations for behaviour and engagement.
