You will assist classroom staff in delivering engaging activities and be part of a culture that believes every pupil can succeed when given the right opportunities and support. You will help pupils develop positive attitudes, independence and the skills they need for future pathways.
Role Duties:
• Support individual pupils and small groups with learning tasks.
• Encourage pupils to build confidence and positive behaviour.
• Help pupils follow routines and engage in school life.
• Attend training and develop professional skills.
