They’re looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can bring calm energy, clear boundaries and a big dose of compassion to the classroom. You’ll be supporting pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.
The role includes:

1:1 and small group support

Helping pupils manage emotions and routines

Supporting learning through practical, hands-on activities

Being part of a genuinely supportive staff team
You don’t need to know everything already. You do need:

Experience supporting children or young people

A patient, understanding approach

The ability to stay cool when things get tricky
You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience in SEN, care, youth work or similar
-
Are patient, kind and unflappable
-
Believe relationships come before results

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
