We are recruiting Trainee Teaching Assistants to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs within a specialist provision. You will work closely with experienced staff, gaining valuable experience while supporting pupils to re-engage with learning.
Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation.

Assist with small group and 1:1 activities.

Skills & Experience

Desire to work in education or behaviour support.

Resilient, empathetic and proactive attitude.

Ability to build rapport with pupils.

Background in care, youth work or similar is beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
