We’re supporting a welcoming secondary school with a strong SEN team, and they’re looking for someone kind, calm and eager to learn. You don’t need school experience yet. Just bring the right attitude, patience and a willingness to get stuck in, and the school will guide you through the rest.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 with additional needs such as autism, ADHD and SEMH

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students stay focused, confident and engaged

Learning how to adapt tasks, explain concepts and help pupils regulate their emotions

Supporting teachers by helping maintain routines, structure and positive behaviour
-
Building steady, trusting relationships with young people who benefit from calm support

Growing your skills week-by-week with guidance from experienced SEN staff
