SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

We’re searching for a caring and confident Teaching Assistant to join a specialist setting supporting children with additional needs. You’ll be part of a small, nurturing team who value calm, consistency, and connection above all else.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting children with complex learning needs, helping them access learning in a way that works for them

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create safe, supportive learning spaces

Using creative strategies to encourage communication, independence, and confidence

Bringing patience, positivity, and empathy to every interaction

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school-based or otherwise)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
