About the Role
We are seeking Trainee Education Support Assistants to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs within a specialist education setting. This role provides excellent on-the-job experience for candidates looking to build a career in education or pastoral support.
Key Responsibilities

Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour.

Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines.

Skills & Experience

Interest in education, behaviour support or youth work.

Resilient, patient and proactive attitude.

Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
