This role focuses on supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing through positive behaviour strategies, reflective listening and collaborative problem-solving. You will work with experienced colleagues to embed consistent approaches that support pupils’ readiness to learn and engage meaningfully with their environment.
Main responsibilities:
• Help implement behaviour support plans and wellbeing strategies.
• Support pupils to manage emotions and maintain engagement.
• Encourage social skills and positive peer relationships.
• Work in partnership with staff, families and external professionals.
