As a Trainee Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant, you’ll help pupils with social, emotional, and communication needs feel understood, safe, and ready to learn.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Supporting pupils to regulate emotions and stay engaged
• Using clear routines to build trust
• Helping deliver personalised learning activities
• Being part of a warm, supportive staff team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
