Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader to work in a nursery in BS34. The role will be full time (40 hours per week) and you will manage the Toddle Room of the nursery. The nursery is a small, montessori school where the ethos has a focus on promoting a loving, caring and totally inclusive environment that nurtures children’s unique qualities and potential, empowering them to become lifelong learners.

The suitable candidate must support a child-led approach to learning and recognise the importance of physical exercise and outdoor play in children's development. They must have strong communication and leadership skills and be able to manage time effectively. The role will involve over-seeing the Toddler room and managing other staff within it. You will be expected to confidently follow safeguarding procedures at all times. 

This role will suit someone who is passionate about supporting the learning and devlopment of children in the EYFS and the suitable candidate must be qualified at Level 3 or above in Childcare.
