We’re looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and individuals with youth or community work experience to join our team, supporting secondary schools across Central, North and East Bristol.
These roles are ideal for people who know how to build trust, stay calm under pressure, and make a real difference in the lives of young people. You might already have school-based experience, or you may have worked in mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, or care - what matters most is your ability to connect and support.
About the roles
Our partner schools are seeking adaptable, reliable, and compassionate support staff to work across a variety of settings, including:

SEN and SEMH support for students with additional needs

1:1 intervention to help pupils overcome barriers to learning

Small group support, focusing on literacy, numeracy or social development

General classroom assistance, supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
