Keen to help young people with Autism and complex learning needs develop their independence and academic confidence? This role focuses on supporting learners during structured lessons and promoting self-directed progress.

Support pupils during lessons (English, Maths and wider curriculum)

Encourage independence and self-motivation

Help learners follow personalised targets from their EHCPs

Provide intervention support where needed

Aid transitions and routines throughout the day
We’re looking for

Experience in classroom support with learners who have additional needs

Positive, patient and flexible approach

Good teamwork and communication skills
-
TA qualification preferred but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
