Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Role in Sunderland
Location: Sunderland
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
This is a full-time Teaching Assistant role for someone who wants to work in a school where relationships come first and learning is built on trust.
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional structure and encouragement, helping them feel confident, calm and ready to learn. No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting classroom learning and routines
• Working with pupils who need extra emotional support
• Encouraging positive choices and behaviour
• Helping pupils engage with learning at their own pace
• Being a positive role model throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
