Want to make a real difference in a child’s day? Join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant providing day cover across welcoming schools in Tower Hamlets. You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs to feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn — every day brings something new and rewarding.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Working 1:1 or in small groups to help learners build confidence and independence

Assisting teachers with routines, resources, and positive behaviour strategies

Creating calm, nurturing learning spaces where every child can thrive

Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (in schools or care settings)

Confidence adapting to different classrooms and age groups
