About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs.

  • Help students achieve both academic and personal development goals.

  • Assist during break and lunch times to ensure a safe and positive environment.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience working with children or within a school environment.

  • Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Committed to safeguarding and ensuring pupil wellbeing.

  • Confident, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners.
