We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Bradford who are looking for a committed TA to join their team straight away. This is a long-term role, giving you the chance to build strong relationships, be a consistent presence in the classroom and see the difference your support makes every day.
✨ What you’ll be doing
- Supporting students in lessons and helping them stay on task
- Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
- Building positive relationships and encouraging confidence
- Working closely with teachers to create a great learning environment
- Bringing patience, positivity and creativity to the classroom
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with young people (in or out of school)
- A calm, approachable style with strong communication skills
- A proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
