What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school

Supporting pupils during lessons, group work, and individual learning tasks.

Encouraging pupils to follow routines and engage with activities in ways that suit their needs.

Helping to adapt tasks and learning materials in partnership with teaching staff.

Providing reassurance, structure, and encouragement throughout the school day.
